cramp relief loose leaf tea blend
painful period havers, this one’s for you!
and me - i started making versions of this tea, and the cramp + pain relief elixir, to help deal with my extremely painful menstrual cycles and pmdd. red raspberry leaf, yarrow, and lady’s mantle all help to regulate blood flow and can reduce the severity of cramp pain. this tea is also chock full of minerals (thanks especially to nettle) which we all need more of, especially in states of depletion. almost all of these herbs are nervines, too, and can assist with mood swings and irritability. if you are like me and not a huge fan of lavender in food/drink, never fear - it’s just a small amount, and creates a balanced and lightly floral flavor profile.
side note: i’ve taken to referring to lady’s mantle as “theydy’s mantle,” because obviously, a lot of us period havers are not actually ladies, thank you very much.
this product is not suitable for use during pregnancy.
ingredients: red raspberry leaf, yarrow, nettle, lemon balm, lady’s mantle, catnip, oatstraw, calendula, and lavender
