summer water loose leaf tea blend
this cooling, nourishing blend can be enjoyed any time of year, at any temperature — although it does make a pretty amazing cold infusion. i call it summer water because in the warmer months, i like to make a very strong concentrate and water it down to sip (or chug) all the livelong day. it helps a great deal with staying hydrated and calming internal inflammation (and emotional inflammation, tbh). slightly tangy, slightly sweet, and more than slightly minty, this one is a true favorite that i like to have in stock all year round.
ingredients: peppermint, hibiscus, tulsi, oatstraw, marshmallow leaf & root, red rose petals
